1: Welcome to Yoga - Different Styles of Yoga, History. Vinyasa Weekend, Foundation of Yoga, Intro to Breath.
2. Special Population - chair, aging, kids. Philosophy, Yamas, Niyama’s.
3. Mantras, Meditation, Kirtan, Bowls - Standing and Sitting Poses, Breathwork.
4. Hands On Assisting - Assists, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Acro + Partner Work.
5. Arm Balances + Inversions + Anatomy
6. Anatomy + Standing Balances + Yoga Nidra.
7. Creative Sequencing & Breathwork - iRest Yoga Nidra
8. Business of Yoga - teaching, retreats, workshops, online, social media, advertising, insurance.

INVESTMENT:

Early Bird Cost: $2500. $500 deposit.
After December 15th price is $3500
