Thai Massage Yoga Workshop for ALL

Join us for an enlightening Thai Yoga Massage Workshop, where you will discover the art of this ancient healing practice. Ideal for yoga teachers, bodyworkers, and anyone interested in holistic wellness, this workshop will provide you with the knowledge and practice into Thai Yoga Massage.

Thai Yoga Massage is a unique and ancient healing practice that combines elements of yoga, acupressure, and traditional Thai massage techniques. It's often described as "assisted yoga," where the practitioner gently guides and stretches the recipient's body into various yoga-like postures while applying rhythmic pressure along the body's energy lines.

Key Elements of Thai Yoga Massage:

Stretching: The practitioner uses their hands, feet, knees, and elbows to stretch and move the recipient into different postures, promoting flexibility and relaxation.

Rhythmic Compression: The practitioner applies rhythmic pressing and rolling movements to enhance circulation and relaxation.
Breath Coordination: The recipient is encouraged to breathe deeply and slowly, which helps to enhance the therapeutic effects of the massage.

Holistic Approach: Thai Yoga Massage aims to treat the whole person—body, mind, and spirit—by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and enhancing overall well-being.
